A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Amanda was licensed in 2000 and received her Broker’s license in 2003. In 2006, she became the Principal Broker at Realty III, Inc. where she was responsible for recruiting, training and supervising a team of 28 sales agents all while managing a personal multi-million sales portfolio. In February 2013, she co-founded LeConte Realty, LLC and currently serves as the firm’s Principal Broker.
In an effort to encourage professionalism within the industry and to keep current on real estate trends, Amanda volunteers her time to various real estate organizations. She was the 2005 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS, the 2009 President of the Council of Residential Specialists, the 2012 President of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS, a 2014 Divisional Vice-President for the Tennessee REALTORS Association and had the distinct honor to represent the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation (TREEF) as their President in 2017. Amanda was awarded the 2013 REALTOR of the Year Award from the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS and was a nominee for REALTOR of the Year for the Tennessee REALTORS Association in 2018. In addition, she is a consistent RPAC (REALTOR Political Action Committee) major investor, Chaired the RPAC Committee for KAAR in 2016, served on the KAAR Governmental Affairs Committee in 2017 and was the 2018 Chairperson for KAAR’s Residential Multiple Listing Service Committee.
Within the community, Amanda is currently a Board Member for the Blount County Habitat for Humanity affiliate and is part of the Maryville Downtown Association. Previously, she has has the pleasure of serving as the Chairperson for the Toys for Blount County project, was President of the Maryville Junior Service League, is a Graduate of the Leadership Blount Class of 2008 and the East Tennessee Regional Leadership Association in 2018.
Amanda is happily married to Michael, a United States Marine and local homebuilder. They share a passion for wellness and enjoy various recreational activities. Together, they are the guardians of the 2 adorable dogs and love living in downtown Maryville.
