AMANDA STONE
Principal Broker/Owner
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and began her real estate career after obtaining her license in 2000. In 2006, she was named Principal Broker of a privately owned brokerage, where she led the recruitment, training, and supervision of more than 35 sales agents while simultaneously managing a multi-million-dollar personal sales portfolio.
In February 2013, Amanda co-founded LeConte Realty, LLC. She currently serves as the company’s Vice President, overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the brokerage and the property management division.
Committed to professionalism and staying current with industry trends, Amanda actively contributes her time to real estate organizations at the local, state, and national levels. Her professional honors include serving as President of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® in 2012, being named REALTOR® of the Year in 2013, graduating from the Academy for Real Estate Advancement in 2019, receiving the Managing Broker of the Year award in 2021 and the President’s Award in 2026.
Amanda is also deeply engaged in her community. In 2023, she received the prestigious Blount County Athena Leadership Award. She is a Past President of the Maryville Junior Service League and a graduate of the Leadership Blount Class of 2008 and the East Tennessee Regional Leadership Class of 2018. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Downtown Maryville Alliance, sits on the Maryville City Downtown Design and Review Board and is continuing her second mayoral appointment on the Board of Equalization for the Blount County Property Assessor’s Office.
Amanda and her husband Michael, a United States Marine and local General Contractor, share a passion for wellness and enjoy spending time outdoors. They live in downtown Maryville with their very pampered dog, Maggie, and are grateful to call the community home.
