Real Estate Specialist
Meet Cyndi
When it comes to life, real estate, and my clients, I’m all about making things easier, more valuable, and way more fun. Whether it's finding the perfect home or just sharing a good laugh, I'm here for you. I believe in kindness, great deals, and enjoying every moment (preferably with coffee in one hand and a great closing contract for my clients in the other). Let’s make this real estate journey exciting, stress-free, and maybe even a little hilarious! (Please don’t make me crawl under a house. I mean, I will, but I won’t love it.)
A Lifelong Tennessean
I’ve lived in East Tennessee my entire life and treasure so much about this region. I graduated from Carson-Newman College (now University) with a B.A. in Communication Sciences and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I earned an M.S. in the same major. I sing Rocky Top with the “Woo!” and bleed orange and white. I’m a #VFL (Vol for Life)! I spent many childhood Saturday’s swimming in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in the Little River. The very cold Little River! My favorite things to do in the mountains include fly fishing, picnics with my family and friends, and travelling the Cades Cove loop road both by car and bicycle as often as possible.
My Client Philosophy
I like to think of myself as the “All-Terrain Agent” because no matter the type of property and weather, I’m in my Jeep, navigating house showings, open houses, contracts, and closings like an off-road pro. Single-family homes, vacant land, investment properties - I help my clients navigate every type of property and every twist and turn of the real estate world (minus the actual bumpy roads—unless we’re looking at land, then buckle up!).
I give honest, unbiased advice and work hard to make the process smooth, valuable, and, most importantly, fun. My goals? For you to have the best real estate experience possible, you must know that you are being represented by a hard-working professional who is ethical, experienced, and committed to helping you achieve your real estate goals and dreams. And that by the time we close, we’re not just client and agent—we’re friends.
Dedication to My Industry
I am an active member of our local and state associations, including the East Tennessee REALTORS® Association (ETNR), which serves twelve counties in East Tennessee, and the Tennessee REALTORS® Association, which serves all of Tennessee. Currently, I am a second-year director with ETNR and am serving as a committee member on the statewide Tennessee REALTORS® Grievance Committee. This year, I was accepted into the 2025 Tennessee REALTORS® Academy of Real Estate Advancement (A.R.E.A) leadership program, which identifies and trains emerging real estate leaders in Tennessee.
Servant Leadership in My Community
I count meeting new people as an excellent way to spend one’s days, and it’s even more meaningful if you’re helping at the same time.
I’m currently serving as Board Chair of the LeConte Realty Foundation, which provides financial support by way of grants to local non-profit organizations. I also recently joined the board of A Place to Stay, which provides shelter, housing, and community resources for the unhoused community in Blount County. I have previously served as President on the Board of Directors for Haven House, a domestic violence shelter in Maryville, Tennessee, and as Board Chair of A Place at the Table, a non-profit organization in Knoxville that prepares and serves hot meals to the unhoused every week. I’m a Leadership Blount graduate, and thoroughly enjoyed getting a behind-the-scenes look at the community I hold so dear. In 2019, I was humbled and proud to be awarded the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (now ETNR) “Good Neighbor” award due to my community non-profit involvement and leadership.
My Home; My Foundation
I stay very busy most days with all the above, but when I do take a break, I’m usually wearing a helmet. Cycling is my hobby and escape, and riding down Knoxville’s riverfront or along the Maryville-Alcoa Greenway or around Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on a pretty day is like heaven to me. I have also recently started living “the dink life” by playing Pickleball. My wife, Angela, also loves being outside. We spend a lot of time in the mountains and boating at Ft. Loudon Lake. We live in scenic Louisville, Tennessee, with our pets, Mason, a precious Maltipoo, and FiPi, our Italian feline. Angela adopted her while living in Tuscany and brought her home. Sadly, FiPi refuses to make Crostini.
