GEORGANA JACKSON
Real Estate Specialist
Georgana moved from a small town in East Tennessee to attend the University of Tennessee in 1997, where she received her BS in psychology/sociology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Upon completion of her education, Georgana moved to Long Island, New York for three years to work as a therapist in a day treatment facility for mentally ill adults. She was able to complete 2,000 clinical hours and become an LCSW. Upon moving back to Knoxville, she conducted group and individual therapy sessions with special education students in the Knox County school system until 2012.
In 2012, Georgana opted for a career change and took a position as an Account Executive for WVLT-TV. While there, she was consistently a top salesperson. Getting to know the surrounding communities and meeting new potential clients are what she loved about this position. It was these passions that jump started her desire to become a REALTOR®.
Georgana is married to Trey Jackson, a Maryville native and a founding partner with Jackson & Weier, PC. Trey is the title attorney for Appalachian Title Agency. They have three children; Hughes, Ollie, and Scout; who attend Maryville City schools. Outside of the real estate world, Georgana is a co-owner of a local CrossFit gym, and also enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with family.
