HARRY MCINTOSH
President
Harry currently serves as President of LeConte Realty and Managing Partner of LeConte Land Development. With over 25 years of full-time experience in commercial, residential, and land brokerage, he has led numerous residential and commercial development projects. His current projects include the Mill House at Pistol Creek residential condominiums, the West Broadway Commons retail development, and several single-family projects in Townsend.
Harry is among an elite group in Tennessee to hold two prestigious industry certifications: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He is also a Tennessee Licensed General Contractor.
He holds a BA in Environmental Science from Rollins College and a BS in Finance from Florida State University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Harry has served on the board of Blount County Habitat for Humanity and is a co-founder of the LeConte Realty Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Blount and Experience Your Smokies and currently serves on the City of Townsend Planning Commission. Previously, he was a board member of the Maryville Downtown Design Review Board. He currently serves on the board of Foothills Community Development Corporation and is a member of the Townsend Area Volunteer Fire Department.
Harry and his wife, Penny, reside in Townsend, Tennessee, and are proud parents of four children and two grandchildren.
