As a seasoned Real Estate Investor and Builder, Tina brings over 12 years of industry experience to her work as a Realtor. With a keen understanding of both the investment and design aspects of real estate, Tina seamlessly guides her clients through every transaction, ensuring they feel confident and informed along the way.
Tina's passion for real estate goes beyond just buying and selling; she draws on her background as a designer, which has earned her a featured spot on HGTV’s House Hunters in 2018 for the episode “Feline Friendly in Tennessee.” Her extensive design knowledge, combined with her real estate expertise, makes her uniquely equipped to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
In addition to her work as a Realtor, Tina is deeply involved in the real estate community. She currently serves as President of the East Tennessee Realtors and is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. Tina also chairs the Tennessee Realtors Forms Committee, where she works to shape industry standards and best practices.
Tina earned her Broker’s license in 2019, and she continually prioritizes professional development by attending conferences and conventions throughout the year to stay ahead of industry trends.
A native of Fountain City, Tina calls Knoxville home. When she’s not working in real estate, you can find her enjoying her free time outside playing on Norris Lake or in the mountains.
